The People Behind Workplace Wellbeing Solutions

We are a consultancy built on the belief that organisations flourish when the people inside them do.

Why us?

Most workplace wellbeing programmes stop at surface-level perks — a yoga class, a fruit basket, an app. We work differently. Our framework rests on six interconnected pillars — Career & Purpose, Physical, Mental & Emotional, Environmental & Digital, Social & Relational, and Financial Wellbeing — because people are not one-dimensional and neither are their challenges.

Every programme is tailored to your organisation's context, culture, and goals. We do not sell one-size-fits-all packages. We build partnerships that create measurable, lasting change.

Based in Frankfurt am Main, we operate naturally across the DACH region and beyond. Our bilingual English and German delivery — with French and Italian also available — means nothing gets lost in translation, whether your workforce is local, international, or hybrid.

Why now?

Mental health challenges are now the leading cause of long-term absence in European workplaces. The post-pandemic landscape has permanently shifted employee expectations, and the boundary between professional and personal wellbeing has dissolved.

Talent retention, productivity, and innovation all depend on one thing: whether people feel genuinely supported, not just functionally managed. Quiet disengagement costs organisations far more than proactive investment ever does.

The question is no longer whether wellbeing belongs on the strategic agenda. It is whether your organisation addresses it proactively — or waits for the crisis that forces a reactive, more expensive response.

The story behind our logo.

Our logo was inspired by a flower, more specifically the system flower, an insightful coaching tool that looks at the different roles we have in our professional lives and/or our private lives.

It is to represent the systemic approach we take in our work. Its six petals stand for our six pillars.
